• All orders for Slovenia and Croatia have free delivery.

2. Delivery time Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days (usually the next working day). If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email.

3. Payment methods You can choose between the following payment options:

• Credit card (Visa/Mastercard) Secure online payment through our trusted provider Stripe. After selecting this option, you simply enter your card details into a secure form.

• Google Pay & Apple Pay Fast and secure payments that automatically appear at checkout if your device and browser support them.

• SEPA direct debit Payment directly from your bank account via the SEPA option. After placing your order, you enter your IBAN and securely confirm the payment via Stripe.

Additional information In the case of rejected or unclaimed packages, Privacy Router reserves the right to charge a flat fee of 10 € to cover the costs of delivery, return, packaging and cancellation processing.
